Bluegrass music is where Donnie got his first taste of the limelight at a young and impressionable age. Playing music from Jimmy Martin\, Bill Monroe to New Grass Revival and Tony Rice. After years of searching and playing different music clubs and festivals he discovered the raw primitiveness of the Blues and new immediately that he had found what he was searching for all along. Now after 30 plus years of delivering blistering blues licks and rich soulful vocals he is still kicking it up at clubs and festivals today and no plans on stopping any time soon. The debut album “Guitar Slinger” was a success for a freshman attempt and the follow up album will be filled with even more surprises. \n
