SUMMARY:Downtown Chamber Music Showcase at Gibson Music Hall
DESCRIPTION:The show is co-presented by the Lawrence Chamber Music Festival and the Music For All concert series. Musicians from the Lawrence Chamber Music Festival (including special guest Brandon Ridenour\, trumpet) will present an evening of genre-defying chamber music\, including music by Aaron Copland\, George Gershwin\, Andy Akiho\, Aerosmith\, the Black Keys\, and many others. Featured instruments include trumpet\, clarinet\, trombone\, keyboard\, percussion\, bassoon\, and saxophone. \nThe Lawrence Chamber Music Festival has become a mainstay of the summer music scene in Appleton. Each July\, LCMF brings together musicians from around the world to create compelling performances of chamber music and more. LCMF culminates in a signature collaboration with the Mile of Music Festival. \nThe Music For All concert series features interactive chamber performances of a wide variety of music by Lawrence students and faculty. These concerts last about an hour and are open to everyone. \nShowtime: 7 pm | Doors: 6 pm \n
