Adept at both guitar and piano\, she writes her songs based on raw emotion and relatable experiences that cuts through with melody and sultry tone. Straight out of high school\, she dove head first into music: touring nationally and internationally\, either by herself\, with her band\, or with other well renowned artists. She has released numerous records throughout her career and doesn’t plan on stopping. Her music has hints of indie folk\, bedroom pop and indie piano pop\, all tied in with her own spin and topped off with a unique and rich voice. Her songs and performing style incorporates humor and connection\, making the audience feel heard and immersed. \nTAE: \nBorn and raised in Green Bay\, WI\, TAE is an original artist\, with works in the directions of R&B\, Soul\, and Pop-Rock. Don’t be surprised to find a wide array of instrumentation and surprising surges of various styles within her art. \nWith many words to say and stories to tell\, Tae’s work stands as a force to inspire social change and bring awareness to listeners about the dynamics of the world\, ranging from macro to micro. While touching on more worldly topics\, inner human dialogue is also of common topic. She focuses greatly on the concepts of self love\, love received\, and love given. \nLILY DeTAEYE: \nLily DeTaeye is a folk-rock Americana firecracker with alt-rock and blues influences. She’s a spirited songwriter and a harmonica-wielding badass that will remind you of your weird friend from book club who definitely has a few bodies in her closet. Between her candid nature onstage and the playful accessibility of the rest of the band\, she leaves audiences feeling as if they were on the stage with her. Her music is wry and filled with the emotional honesty and vulnerability of a young Dwight Yoakam and the dynamism of Brandi Carlile. When backed by her band\, she displays the edge and power of the Black Keys or the Record Company. \n
