DESCRIPTION:Gary has been singing and playing guitar since high school. He studied classical guitar in Vermont and jazz and blues guitar in Ann Arbor Michigan. He became a very sought after lead guitar player for rock bands while in high school and formed a number of folk groups in college. Gary is one of a few solo artists to have headlined at Art Street and His Oasis (Plainfield\, Wisconsin) multiple times.\nGary is an advanced guitarist / vocalist / entertainer and is best known for his ability to accurately reproduce James Taylor’s finger picking style. What sets him apart from other artists is that he doesn’t take shortcuts and has the ability to perform music as it was originally recorded (no matter how difficult that may be). \n
