DESCRIPTION:Join us at Gibson Community Music Hall as we present the Jazz Fest Jazz Jam on September 3rd. This FREE jam will kick off at 9 PM\, with doors at 8 PM. It’ll feature players from this year’s Fox Jazz Fest lineup\, jamming together with jazz standards. \nLocal players are welcome to sit in and play along with Jazz Fest players Noah Harmon\, Zach Harmon\, Mark Urness and others in a fun\, loose gathering of jazz lovers. Hey\, if we’re lucky\, even headliner Fred Hersch may join in for a song or two! \nFox Jazz Fest invites you to come in and sit in on the jam or simply listen and enjoy. This event is hosted by festival co-director Noah Harmon. \nAbout Fox Jazz Fest: Entering it’s 27th year\, the Fox Jazz Fest will once again take place at Jefferson Park in Menasha\, featuring two jam-packed days of jazz tunes. Mile 9 performers Erin Krebs (Sept. 3) and Pegasis (Sept. 4) will be taking part in the festivities\, with Saturday culminating with our Jam. \n
