The record\, which was Co-Produced with Nashville producer Alex Wong\, (Delta Rae\, Vienna Teng\, Elizabeth & The Catapult\,) will showcase new sides of Megan’s music\, balancing delightfully belligerent rock and roll with cinematic soundscapes of orchestral instruments and robot harmonies. \nDANNI NICHOLLS: \nHailing from Bedfordshire\, England\, growing up on the American roots music of her Anglo-Indian grandmother’s record collection\, singer/songwriter Danni Nicholls has been paving her way in UK Americana for over a decade\, building a loyal fan base and much critical praise.\n​With the wind still in her sails from three consecutive Americana Music Association UK award nominations (Album\, Artist and Song of the year in 2017\, 2018 & 2020 respectively) plus extensive tours and opening slots with the likes of The Secret Sisters\, Shakin’ Stevens and Lucinda Williams\, Danni\, her powerful\, arresting voice and her dynamically poetic original songs are ever-gaining presence and reach. \nRACHAEL KILGOUR: \nRachael Kilgour is a Canadian-American songwriter and performing artist whose plain-spoken\, lyric-driven work and intimate performances have endeared her to listeners and fellow artists alike. The 2015 grand prize winner of the international NewSong Music Performance & Songwriting Competition and winner of the 2017 Kerrville New Folk Contest\, Kilgour has been featured at NYC’s Lincoln Center\, at The Kennedy Center in Washington D.C. and at the Sundance Film Festival. \n
