Jazz Coterie presents the Miguel Zenón Quartet at Gibson Music Hall in Appleton — with Luis Perdomo on piano, Hans Glawischnig on bass, and Henry Cole on drums.

Miguel Zenón masterfully balances innovation and cultural tradition. Born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Miguel is widely considered one of the most groundbreaking and influential saxophonists and composers of his generation.

Zenón has released fifteen recordings as a leader, including his 2023 Grammy nominated album, Música De Las Américas. As a composer he has been commissioned by many peers and institutions.
